Himalaya Baby Lotion

Today I have come up with Himalaya baby lotion. Himalaya is the most trusted and widely selling brand in India. It has a wide range of health & beauty products and it is the same extent in baby care as well and the best thing is they are comparatively cheap than many other big brands and available everywhere in nooks and corners of the country. Himalaya products are made out of natural ingredients with medicinal values and almost reliable.

It is labelled as "Free from Parabens Mineral Oil Synthetic Colours".

Ingredients:

Almond oil,Olive oil,Country mallow(Kurumthotti in Malayalam),Yastimadhu(Irattimadhuram in Malayalam),Phenoxyethanol

I personally found this lotion as a good product, with mild fragrance and soft creamy texture, normally cool as like other baby lotions. It is not that thick in consistency but it absorbs well into baby skin. It leaves the skin fresh and hydrated with a pleasant smell .Its not oily or nongreasy. It is just a baby lotion, not a moisturizer.It is made out of both Almond & Olive oil which are considered as good & essential oils for nourishing the skin. Country mallow which is known as Kurumthotti and Yashtimadhu, known as Irattimadhuram are usually used in many Ayurvedic medicines and both have lots of benefits in good skin and hair growth.

Phenoxyethanol is used as a preservative in cosmetic products to limit bacterial growth.It is normally safe but overexposure may lead to some allergic reactions in infants. Cosmetics Regulation of the European Union approved phenoxyethanol in concentrations up to one percent. The concentration used is not mentioned here. So if you feel any kind of skin irritation please do consult a doctor

I often buy the big bottle (400 ml) online from Amazon or Firstcry.com in discounted prices,but since Himalaya products are plentily available in market it is better to buy from good retailer shops .I suppose that it has got duplicate products in market so be cautious about the seller while buying online.
